What gets deleted

Your account and public profile.
Your name, email, phone and addresses.
Your photos: profile, logo and identity verification.
Your chat messages and assistant conversations.
Your location and any requests or projects not in progress.

What is kept, and why

We cannot delete everything even if you ask, because other laws require us to keep it:

Invoices and accounting records of your payments: ten years in Colombia and six in Spain, plus tax authority periods.
Open claims or disputes, until they are resolved.
Ongoing services: if you have a booked job or funds held, it must be closed first.

Those records are blocked: used only to meet those obligations, and deleted once the periods expire.

How it works

Enter your account email below.
We send you a link. Nothing is deleted until you click it: that is how we make sure it is you.
We handle it within 30 days and notify you by email.
